1) There is a bread that...Good news for you, Nora!<br /> 1) There is a bread that is soft and good for sandwiches, and you don't even need to toast it! It is Udi's brand. The bad news is it is usually around $5 a loaf, but after years of hating gf bread options, I am willing to pay the price.<br /> 2) I used to love chocolate Malt o Meal, but now my substitute is cream of rice cereal (I add cocoa powder to make it chocolatey good). Give it a try!<br />3) You can still have steel cut oats - Bob's Red Mill makes a gluten free version.<br />4) There are several gf oreo cookie knockoffs out there. Too much can make me miserable. This comes from a chick that could eat anything (and usually did) so it breaks my heart. But feeling better far outweighs a temporary fix of good stuff.
